The Q-interactive Support and Training You Need
Q-interactive is designed to be intuitive to use, but naturally there will be a learning curve for new users. As you familiarise yourself with Q-interactive, you have access to several modes of assistance, from webinars where you can learn the ropes, to technical support specialists who can help you out when you've got a question.
Webinars: We offer several webinars that get you up-to-speed on what Q-interactive does and how to get started.
Video Tutorials and User Guides: We have brief, step-by-step training videos and user guides available on focused topics. Q-interactive users can access these videos anytime under the Support tab of Q-interactive Central (Qiactive.com)
Customer Services: If you have a pressing technical question and need to speak with someone, we have a Customer Technical Support Team at the ready. They are available Monday – Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM at 0845 630 8888 (Calls cost 3p per minute plus your phone company's access charge) or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
FAQs: For quick and easy questions at any time of day, Q-interactive has a robust FAQs section organised by category.
Test administration with Q-interactive takes place on two iPads that “talk” to each other via a Bluetooth connection. You use one to administer instructions, record and score responses, take notes, and control visual stimuli. Your client uses the other to view and respond to stimuli.
